    I left several items on consignment which the owner acknowledged sold and she would mail me a check for just over $160. I never received the mo ey nor will she return my calls or respo d to text messages. Essentially my household items were stolen.

    Please accept my heartfelt apology.  Nothing nefarious is happening, the business just exploded, I hired people to do certain tasks, they are training, and I have had difficulty staying on top of things.  

    With the additional staff, the business is running much smoother.  

    It is never my attention to ignore, disregard or cheat anyone, ever. 

    Your frustration is understandable, certainly. 

    Tomorrow I will print out your entire inventory, pay for every item sold.  If you use Venmo or ******, this works well, if you provide your login name. 

    As someone who has worked in customer service for many years, I know and understand the importance of staying in touch, and letting my consignors know that they can rely on me. 

    I am so sorry I’ve disappointed you, and I asked you to give me one more chance to make it right.

    Thank you and I did receive that response from them. They told me verbally in our conversation months ago, prior to my complaint, they were sending me a check fornjust over $160. I never received it.

    To this day, and once again, they've nit only never followed through on the original contractual agreement but fallen short on this latest promise as I've received nothing.

    Not only that, but they do not return calls to me or respond via text message. Essentially, our merchandise was stolen and they undoubtedly profited 100% from the sale of our items. Not a good reputation in a small town. Apologies, while nice, do not hold water if they don't adhere to paying people. I'm thoroughly disgusted and expect a check to be sent asap. My complaint stands. I will be letting my realtor friends in town know what they're about unless they follow through on their end and I receive my check as promised.

    Anything you can do is appreciated. It may seem minor but if they're stealing from other people, it must stop.
