      Booked a 2 hour ride 1 1/2 weeks in advance for 7 adults & one child. I called the stable, directly. The person, on the phone, asked guestions about the group - how many adults (7) and one child (6yrs old). I commented that the child had just turned 6 a few months ago. The person, on the phone, even commented Happy Birthday. Before finishing the reservation, the phone person said so thats 7 ADULTS AND ONE CHILD and I confirmed. When we arrived on Sunday, June 23, 2024, they claimed I only reserved for 7 adults and they wouldnt stand by THEIR MISTAKE!I know that businesses in *************** cater to the tourists. All 8 of us are locals & support the community year round. But, we will, no longer refer visiting friends to this business. Will also, contact Visit *************** regarding the poor treatment we received. Also, I will contact the business. Very, very disappointed.
