  The project was pushed off until nearly winter, and when his team finally showed up,they would only work a couple of hours a day before leaving. On the first day, six guys arrived but then immediately left, claiming they needed materials. Only two eventually returned, and they sat around until after noon before doing anything. This pattern continued, with the crew only working partial days.*** himself was never onsite working with his team, and the workers he sent clearly needed constant supervision. They lacked basic training for professional painters, and their work reflected that. One of his painters spent five hours at my house and claimed the job was prepped and ready. Upon inspection, entire sides of the house were ignored, and areas they supposedly prepped were still bubbling and peeling. It was clear they only touched what was easy to access.Throughout the project, *** kept telling me he had other guys who would come in to help finish the prep and start painting. However, I would only see these guys in the morning, when they would drive to the house, meet with the other team briefly, and then leave immediately. When I asked *** if he could be onsite to manage his teams time and efforts and bring in the other workers as promised, he told me, i have no other guys,which was clearly untrue since he had mentioned them on multiple occasions.*** was misleading and did not follow through on his promises.When I pointed out all the quality issues,*** agreed that my concerns were valid and said he believed me. However, he refused to take the time to come and inspect the poor workmanship himself, despite the numerous pictures I had sent him. Instead of addressing the issues, he chose to walk off the job.*** didnt stand by his work, and the result was incredibly disappointing. His approach felt like a cheap blow and go job, with no real concern for quality or client satisfaction. I would not recommend to anyone who values quality workmanship or honest communication.

  Mr Curtis.
  Your comments are misleading and inaccurate. You delayed this project. You hired and fired a previous contractor to prep the stucco surface. We then had to wait for another contractor to come and preform the prep work. We were at you project 6 out of 7 days including a Saturday.
  You commented to me how appreciative you were that our painters were such hard workers . We sanded down your large deck to new fiber, removing all of the old finish that was left behind by the previous owner. Leaving it looking like a new deck.
  When you became too critical of our workmanship and our painters we realized that we could no longer work for you and your very, very high standards.
  We consider this matter closed, we owe you nothing, you owe us nothing.
