    On 09/29/2024 I made an online purchase for a storage unit. As advertised I paid $75 and in return got a unit number and gate code so that I could access said unit 7am to 7pm 7 days a week. Im assigned unit I24 and gate access code is **********. 09/30/2024 I decide to move into my unit. Get into the gate using my access code and come to find out there isnt an *** considering the letters on their units only go out to the letter G. The sign in the door says theyre in the office Tuesday- Saturday 9am-2pm. They then dont show up to work on 09/31/2024. I cannot seem to get into contact with them via email or their phone number

       As you will see from the various attachments everything stated is simply false and clearly disproven.  First, as you can see she was emailed immediately back and even responded to that email with clear instructions where and how to access the indoor climate control units which you can see by the picture attached clearly in Huge letters says INDOOR UNITS.  Second you can see by the picture of her putting items inside her unit she clearly has gained access and has been using the unit and the gate records also clearly show that she has come in dozens of time just fine.  I think this is pretty straight forward.
