Terrible person profiting from these dogs. Drive down south and brings them back in a caravan, completely unfriendly and making money off an image of support. Do not give these people (woman) money to fund her expensive lifestyle. Go to Arvada and spend 10 minutes with her, shes unfriendly and very condescending. Theres no way to leave feedback on this .org which is a total profiteering scam.

Dear ******** with the 1 star review - With all due respect let's get the WHOLE story out there, I was at this yoga event at Fairmount you are speaking of (yes I am going to give specifics so you know I am not lying) and I actually very much remember you because of the issue of ***** going down when they were trying to refund you and your mother. I think the rescue deserves to have the whole story told, not just your one sided skewed perspective. From what I recall witnessing the reason you did not get the dog you wanted was you were approved to adopt but after you were approved they became aware that you two have a very large German ******* who you both admitted was untrained, unsocialized and not good with other animals. I personally walked by your vehicle several times to my car and your other dog was being very aggressive, barking, and lunging at the windows. I witnessed one of the people who was running the event for the rescue (I don't know her affiliation) trying to approach your current pet without success of it calming to introduce herself let alone a new animal. As someone attending the event I was glad to see that after the rescue learned of this, they put their animals safety above everything else and did the right thing by all involved by not adopting an animal into a dangerous situation as well as found a way to refund you the money immediately even in the face of a technology snafu they could not control.Maybe you need to look at adopting from a shelter who doesn't look into home life as much as rescues.

My mother and I drove to de very after asked if we could be there before *****to be able to see the dog we wanted to adopt. We arrived at a puppy yoga event where the dog was being kept. My mom held the dog and walked him outside. They had the dogs brother at the event and he would whine when he was apart from the other. My mom was excited but she's on a cane so walking hurts. As I tried to get on the website and pay for the dog. I couldnt get the website to work. ***** and venmo also would not work. The volunteer joune couldn't help with the problem. So I called the first volunteer I had talked to , she also couldn't help. ***** had told us we could stay as long as we wanted so I was surprised when suddenly she grabbed the dog from my mom and said she had another engagement to get to. She gave us her phone number and told me to call when the payment went through. After 2 hours I was finally able to get the payment to go through. I immediately called joune to let her know. I called twice and texted her with no response. I called the other volunteer with no response. After waiting for another hour we finally received a call from a volunteer saying she had bad news. Apparently someone at puppy yoga didn't want to separate the brothers and had paid and adopted the dogs out fro under us. Although we had taken days to get our adoption processed. **** lied to us and ran out the door I'm assuming to get both dogs to they're new home. Braking my mom's heart in the process. We were than told we would have to drive another thirty miles to get our cash because they couldn't process it on zelle. It took us two hours to drive home making it an 8 1/2 hour day. To come home empty handed. And we would have backed out graciously had someone said they didn't want to break the 2 dogs up. To this point u have made repeated calls to the rescue with attempts made to call me back. I hate think these people are rescuing dogs.
