    In April 2024, we signed a contract with Evergreen Flooring and Tile to install tile in our bathroom. The project was estimated to take one week. During the project, we agreed with the company that they would install a shower door for an additional $400 labor cost. We paid the company in full for materials, tile installation, and shower door installation, but some of the work was not done correctly, including the shower door installation. For the next several months, we repeatedly tried contacting the company by phone and email about the outstanding issues, but they would not respond. We called the company again in September and the owner **** ***** finally called us back and agreed to come to our home on September 25 to look at the work that needed to be corrected. **** agreed to personally come back on October 29 between 8:30-9:00am to fix the issues we identified. **** sent a text and an email at 6:30am the morning of October 29 requesting to reschedule for November 5. Again, **** sent an email at 6:30am the morning of November requesting to reschedule for November 13. However, on November 13, **** neither showed up at our home nor contacted us. We reached out by phone, text, and email, but have not received any reply from the company. We would like the company to refund us the $400 labor for the shower door so that we can hire another company to correct the issue.
