      We just moved to ********* and our landlord told us he wanted us to use this company for snow removal as he uses them for all his properties. I called multiple times over several weeks and was always told that I would receive a call back, but it never happened. I just called again (with over a foot of snow in my driveway and the lady was just simply RUDE.We could have hired another contractor but Dr. *** said to use this company ... now no one in ********* is taking on new customers for the season and this company is JUST RUDE I'm a disabled Veteran and literally can't manage our own snow removal ...

      Hello, 

      I apologize you had a bad experience with one of our staff but I personally spoke to you this last friday 11/01 and that was the first time we had ever received a phone call from you , not over multiple weeks and when I spoke to you I said our snow plow list was full but if that changed I could give you a call back, that did not change so I did not give you a call back because our list did not open up or change, our snow plow list has been full for the last 2 years we cannot physically take on anymore contracts. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.
