    March 2022 Paid $10,000 Hired to provide new boiler and radiant heating system No work was provided. No parts were given to me even though the deposit was to be used to buy all components.Dispute over not providing any work or parts. They kept saying they would show up and have emails stating so, but they never showed up to do the work.After many attempts to contact the company, Adams Plumbing has not returned my calls or emails.I would like my deposit back.

    At the time of this project, ownership of the company was changing hands and unfortunately we did not get this customer's project done in a timely manner. We have since corrected such situations.

    The original plumbing contractor we hired had sold his contracts and business to current owners at ****'s Plumbing. The new owners did not complete the job and asked to cancel our contract entirely as they aren't equipped to finish the job. They had made several mistakes and said they would come back to fix them. After several attempts and promised they never showed up. I have attached photos and details of what they made errors on. We are seeking reimbursement for the cost of hiring another plumber to come out and fix their mistakes. We have communicated several times to ****'s plumbing over the phone and email but they fail to respond. Damages include:-Time delays impacting build progress and other trades from starting their work (electricians, insulation, etc)-The water line should have been stubbed above grade on the exterior of the south side of the property We are in the middle of calculating damages but they are in the $2k-$3k range.

    Upon purchasing the company we became quickly aware that there was too much work for the crew we had at the time. We hired on crews that turned out to not be up to par. They made many mistakes on this residence that cost the customer time and money. We did, however, make sure the customer was taken care of and that any damages caused by Adams P&H were financially covered.

    Adams Street was incredibly helpful when I had a main water line break in the early summer 2022. I hired them again for gas lines and running heaters. They have repeatedly put off the scheduling, when they finally showed up after over a month of trying to get them to follow through on their work (I made over 20+ calls to finally get them to commit and work), they said they would have an inspector over within a week. I was away on a trip after the work and heard nothing during my time away about the inspector. I returned home after 5 days with no communications only to find out once I reached out to them multiple times that the process is delayed due to needing a permit which I was never instructed on from the beginning. After another two days of inquiring. I still have no answer. The floors in a section of my house are still removed as the inspection did not take place and I have a 30 fit trench dug across my entire back yard that continues to be a hazard. The company has failed follow through for months but to leave a client with no information and not follow up after multiple attempts is absurd. The owner even answered while on a job yesterday knowing I needed clarity and simple yelled busy and hung up the phone.

    We do apologize that we could not complete this project in a timely manner. We did advise you that we did not have the time for your project, and knowing this, you were adamant about moving forward with us. Unfortunately, scheduling did become an issue. We do apologize about the situation and hope that we can remedy the situation in the future.
