    The business is a property management firm who is claiming unjust billing on final statement. Some of the items are repairs to appliances and screen door the landlords/agency did not fix when reported as broken. Instead, are expecting payment from tenant. **** care which tenant paid directly to the man taking care of the lawn. Painting of an entire house which did not require full house painting. Refusal to provide full receipts for claimed work. Receipts not itemized and no original estimate to justify paint or extent of painted areas.Issues during tendency included tenant fixing celling repair including mold removal from a leaky shower. Taking 4 months to fix a shower/bathroom floor. Landlords continually coming onto the property without giving 24 hour notice.

    Receipts that far exceed the Dhyne's security deposit have not only been provided by email to the Dhynes, but also were made available through their Tenant Portal.

    As also stated in the previous response to this complaint:

    The receipts for the repair work for the Damage and Cleaning were sufficiently detailed (See Exhibit 5);
    There is no requirement in the Lease that Mountain Haven provide an estimate prior to performing any repair or cleaning work caused by the Dhynes. (See Exhibit 3); 

    Invoices and Receipts are attached again that by far exceed the Dhynes security deposit, as has been stated multiple times.  

    If this is not sufficient to close this complaint, then we will have our attorney reach out.
