      Feb 2nd-11th Hired Iceland X for a private luxury tour in *******. This was our second time booking with the company. The first time was wonderful. The second was a life threatening nightmare. The owner of the company decided to take our private tour even though unknown to us had not travelled the roads he chose to go for 3 years. We were told the vehicles had gone through full ******************* were checked prior to travel, that the vehicles had supplies in the event of a storm. The vehicle had not been properly serviced, nor had proper road side tools or proper heat for the winter. The owner took us on a road we later found out were closed & had signs of being impassable, we spent ***************** a blizzard with a flat tire because he did not have a ***** Search and Rescue was called. The second day the owner was very sorry and said he had checked the roads and there was a clear short cut that would get us to hotel earlier. The vehicle had issues & the tires were not able to maintain the proper pressure leaving us unable to proceed on the road off roading in the highlands of ******* in the dark. There was gas leaking out of the tanks & the tires kept locking causing us to slide off the road multiple times getting us stuck in some very dangerous situations. For 2 days we were stuck not able to get anywhere till early in the morning. We were sold a trip they were not able to fullfill or had the skill to sell.
