DO NOT TAKE YOUR RV HERE. We have NEVER experienced such poor customer service in our lives. Manager gave us a bid for repairs the changed the price upon pick up by over $100.00.Additionally, our r Fifth wheel has a swivel function due to our short bed pick up. In order to tow it into their shop they placed pins in the reciever/plate to keep in from swiveling during their tow. We arrived just before they closed to pay and take our fifth wheel away, but they failed to remove their pins and FAILED TO TELL US the pins were still in place. On the first turn to pull it out of their property, the entire plate crumpled into a 'U' shape, making it impossible to tow. We let the Manager know and he was angry and rude (he thought we should have known). We told him we would have to return tomorrow with a vehicle with a proper hitch to pull our RV off of their property - He told us we would be billed for overnight storage. The following day, we had to wait in the office for 45 minutes to speak to him. At which point he demanded the money for overnight storage. After further discussion he agreed to waive the fee. Overnight, THEY MOVED OUR RV TO A REAR LOT WITH HITCH FACING A FENCE. We asked him to pull our RV out front for towing. Manager told us to "Figure it out yourself". The fact that this place is still in business is an absolute mystery to me.

Mr. ***************** have searched our records and do not see you in our system.  We do apologize you had an issue.  We do make it a common practice to put signage on customers' units that have nonstandard kingpins or 5th wheel hitches.  If you have a sidewinder style hitch the safety pins are installed to prevent the unit from getting damaged.  We do put a sign on there to allow customer to see that their safety pins, or capture plates need to be reinstalled before towing.  Furthermore, we try to accommodate every customer need but there are times during the summer that when our lot is full,we do not always have the opportunity to store customers units on our main lot and they may need to go to the storage area which does have a cost associated with it.  Again, we apologize you had an issue with your hook up during your install.  If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out to us at our office if you would like to discuss this further. Thank you.

I went into Premier Auto and RV, *** Jan 4, **** to have my 5th wheel repaired. WE checked the unit in and I signed that I had done everything to meet their rules to sign trailer in. This was a warranty claim and my part of the bill was to be $300.00. I explained to the secretary and to ************ that that was all I was prepared to pay. When I arrived to pick up my trailer on 23 Jan,**** the bill had changed. It was $459.00. I questioned some of the prices and was told I wanted them to fix my rv for free. This is not the case. ************ charged $209.00 me for diagnostics. He touched the valve with his hand. Next was $65.22 for shop supplies. His answer was that was for rags. Next I ask what the $52.18 was for and was told that was for credit card processing. I rebutted all these charges and was told I had signed a repair order that gave them the authority to repair my trailer. After looking at the bill I noticed the signature was not mine. They had forged my signature. I told ************ this and he started working on the computer taking these charges off and I paid the $300. to get my rv. What right does Premier have to FORGE my signature. In ******** forgery is a Class 5 Felony. $1000.00 to $100,000.00 dollar fine and Prison can be added on. I am following this complaint up with a complaint to the ******** Attorny General. I requested the owner of this business call and discuss with me these problems and have not be contacted as of this time

    ****************,
In response to your review about ************ and the interaction with your extended service company I wanted to clarify a few items that maybe we didn't explain in detail enough and there was some confusion. When dealing with any extended service company, any issue that it is brought in for has to be diagnosed to determine what the parts needed for repair are, and also the labor time to complete the job.  you did sign authorizing the 1 hour of diagnosis, shop supplies, and cc process fee. I did go look at it with you just to be sure we were addressing the issue that you had and also so we could tell the technician that was going to be assigned to it what your concerns were so he could then move forward diagnosing the issue.  upon completion of of the diagnosis, we called it into your extended service contract company that you asked us to use and who's information you gave us.  they did approve the repairs, the parts and the diagnosis time.  you did have deductible with that company that you agreed to at the time you purchased the contract. Premier Auto and RV do not have any say in what your deductible is or how that amount is determined.  upon completion of the repairs a copy of the service bill along with the authorization number was sent into your extended service contract company so payment could be processed, and it would not hinder you from picking up your vehicle.  All invoices need to be paid in full before vehicles are released.  Your signature was never "forged". we process several claims with extended contract companies and insurance companies, when that form was to be sent to your extended service contract company, we were filing several others, and your name was written on the lower portion of the form, so we know which file to put it with.  you had already signed your authorization to begin work and paperwork authorizing us to work and submit information to your extended service contract company in person when you dropped off.  and you also signed your final bill and your credit card slip when you picked up. we do have posted in the lobby that all bills paid by credit cards are charged a processing fee, not unlike many other companies to include El paso county dmv and most all other government offices.  we also charge a shop supply fee of 5% which is lower than the industry standard just like all other repairs facilities.  you stated you did want to pay by credit card but were not going to pay the fees, we reversed them for you, you also did not want to pay the shop supply fees, we reversed them for you.   there is also a limit to the amount your contract will pay hourly, that is set by the extended service contract company and discussed with you by whoever sold you the contract.  that amount was lower than our posted labor rate, we also reversed that amount for you.  I hope this clears up any question as to your signature being "forged" the authorization to begin work and the final invoice were both signed by you in person.

This company has the rudest people working for them. Not only that they will rob you blind. When they give you a estimate read it very carefully, look at the wording. We took our ** in to have them clean our radiator because it was covered in oil from a previous problem we had and over heating. We went and received our estimate from some lady and she said **** told her this is on the high end so it might be cheaper. So to remove, clean and inspect the radiator it would be ********. Okay it's pricey but we need this done. We told them we needed it back by a certain day. No problem. We took the ** in on 6/17 the place was a zoo. No help at all. So **** calls me and said there are some things that need to be done. Radiator flush and power steering flush. Then he proceeds to tell me it will now cost me ***** dollars. Because I'm now being charged to put the radiator back in. That probably should have been in the original estimate. If I said no were they going to throw the radiator on the bed in the **. So now I have no choice. When I went to pick it up I gave the rude guy at the desk my credit card, he told me to sign the paperwork I told him no I didn't agree on the amount, he said if you don't sign it your not getting your ** back. I said run my credit card already. I'm paying but not signing. He then tells me you are probably going to cancel the cc payment once you leave here. I said is that the kind of person you think I am. So I was ripped off, treated like a criminal, insulted. I am telling all my friends and family about this place. I'm am also having to pay interest on my credit card instead of the ***** I was taking out of my account. This place needs to be investigated.

Wow I couldn't believe what happened. This was my first time having service done on my fifth wheel at Premier RV. So as I pull up I noticed the signs saying do not park in the driveway, so I didn't, but I did park next to another fifth wheel and went inside to find out where the best place to park is. They were very busy and said they would be with me in a minute, I said no rush. When a tech came in yelling who ever owned the fifth wheels out front need to f ___ing move them now. Not knowing he worked there, and being so rudely treated. I asked Well who are you? He said, Just get the F___ off the property. Again, being the first time there I didn't even know where to go, but after this confrontation I was leaving. When I tried to move my fifth wheel around all I could hear was this guy screaming, "to get the F___ out of here. I tried to back it around and was again told off and that I better not hit anything. I finally, found the right way to get out of there, before this guy came totally un glued and hit someone. I wasn't the only person he was yelling at, another guy with his Voltage, and his comment was tell me where to park it, he should have left as well. For my first time there I was duly impressed, ? How someone could act in such a childish immature way was beyond my comprehension. If minus numbers could be used it would be a minus 5. But it didn't end there I called back in to find out what was happening and complain to Mgt. The first time I got hung up on after waiting 5 minutes, and than when I spoke to who they said was the manager, ****. He said he talked to the guy, who wanted my phone number (maybe I should get a restraining order), but they wouldn't give me his name. I said he shouldn't and that he needs to get him some mental help before he beats, or seriously injures a customer for parking in the wrong place.. I want to speak to either ***** or *************************** , who own the place but I highly doubt that will happen.
