On Sep 21st 2024 I placed an order #***** the item was DOOM Helmet Morale Patch, since then the company didn't send any information or update about my order,so I tried to contact the, I sent them two messages via their website system and one email on ****************************** they never respond back, so I am filing a claim to get refunded also this kind of business they have to get some kind of warning or something so they dont do that again with their customer. On July 5 2024 I placed an order with the company, the order number is #*****, it is currently August 5 2024 and I have yet to receive my package. They sent me a tracking number on July 10 2024 however on July 11 2024 the tracking label was canceled. I have attempted to contact the company several times through the email provided on their website as well as through their social media and have received no response.Initial Complaint

On June 20th 2024, I placed an order (#*****) of usd99.00 for a windbreaker (usd75.00) and two patches (usd12.00 each) . On June 25th, the order status was updated as partially shipped. On July 3rd, I wrote the company by messaging them on the website app to enquire about the "partially shipped" status. On July 8th I received shipment "SF6045156552929" which was the windbreaker, as ordered, but there were no patches. On the same day, July 8th, I sent the company an email to their ********************** adress to enquire about the missing items to my order. None of my messages to the company have been answered by the time filing this on July 15th.Initial Complaint

Placed an order on 7/6/2023 for a patch and pair of shorts. Patch shipped 7/11/23 and arrived. Shorts never arrived. After two emails and three attempts to contact through the website, still no resolution or reply. I would like a refund or the product I paid for.Business Response

I have issued a full refund of your order ($56.56) back to your original payment method, which may take a couple days to post.
Additionally, I have put a $120 credit on your Moeguns.com account (double your order) in hopes that you give us another chance to make this right. That is available for use now. I also found the issue with your order and corrected it. The shorts should ship late next week, and you should get an email with the tracking number when it does.
Again, I would like to apologize. I hope I was able to start to alleviate the bad taste I'm sure this experience has left. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.

Placed an order on 10/18/2022 for two hoodies and a patch. The patch arrived damaged and the hoodies never shipped. I decided to wait as the company states made to order items such as hoodies take 2-3 weeks to ship, per their website and the packaging slip that came with the patch. Ive emailed them about the damaged patch AND emailed a second time to ask about when the hoodies would ship and they never reply.Business Response
