    The park was closed on our ticket date. Fine. They emailed me stating they would re-ticket ** no worries. Simply present your ticket on the day you can go. The day we returned they wanted us to pay more. This is in direct contrast to the email communication. Then the original amount for the up charge was $11 total, Not per person because we confirmed. Then after charging us they admitted to making a mistake and that was just one person. The staff was completely unprofessional and did nothing to make it right when they are in the wrong by sending inaccurate information by email then erroring on pricing. Below is the wording from the email If you have a pick-a-date ticket for today, no worries, simply present your ticket(s) at our ****** Services Booths in-person on your new date of visit (or before if prefer). Well be happy to re-ticket you. If you purchased Tube Valet or Personal Tube Rental, we will move those services for you as well and at the same time, based on availability. If you are unable to visit again this season, please contact us for assistance.Please notice that the email does not state that the amount paid towards your ticket acts as a credit and you will be asked to pay the difference if the price changes. It just says you will be reticketed no worries.

    At the date of the visit, ***** was given our ************* Managers contact information. We shared emails, coordinated a call this afternoon- and came to a resolution regarding her visit and concerns. Copies of all receipts have been shared with ***** for her records.
