As nice and helpful as ***** was, I am very disappointed with my experience. My husband and I went to a reptile expo and ended up buying two dumbo rats from *****. We were told they were pet quality feeder rats. We brought them home and both rats within a couple days were very sick with upper respiratory symptoms. We were told by ***** he would exchange or return them but we didnt want the rats to be snake food. After multiple visits to the vet it was determined that both rats had URIs and also had scabies and ended up giving the mites to me! We ended up surrendering the rats to the humane society and hope they get the vet care they need and go to good, loving homes. I feel bad that these animals were so sickly and suffering from so many health issues. Having scabies is an absolutely awful experience and not anything I wish upon someone.UPDATE: It has now been over 12 weeks of me suffering from skin issues after getting mites from the rats we bought from *****. My skin was not getting better and after a biopsy it was determined that I ALSO got ringworm from the rats and my husband ended up getting ringworm too. I have seen 6 doctors, I had a visit to the *** and have spent upwards of $1000 trying to get myself well againI am so upset that this happened to us! Both rats had to be euthanized by the ************** because they were so sick. My husband and I were trying to do a good thing by buying them and just wanted to give them a good home. Breeding animals like this that are plagued with sickness and disease is absolutely unacceptable and unethical. And this is what is being brought into your homes and fed to your snakes? I used to own both pet rats and pet snakes when I was younger and absolutely adored them, I would never have bought my animals from a place like this knowing what I now know.

***** was very well educated on all of his snakes and was very helpful with helping us choose one that would best fit us and what we wanted.
