My heat and A/C went out in my Dodge Durango. I scheduled a vehicle inspection to see what the issue was and the cost to get it fixed. The Acting Managers name is ****. I was sitting in the lobby waiting 6 hours for my car to be fixed and he told me that if hes not the manager he will quit and take this place down. There should be no reason for me to know this information as a consumer.I left the shop and my problem was not resolved. I still had no heat or A/C. I brought my car back and charged me an additional $1178.54 to fix this problem with another problem that they said arose. I picked up my car and again none of the problems were fixed. **** told me go to the dodge dealership and see if they can fix the problem because they couldnt & he would give me a full refund. I went to the ***** dealership and I paid $205 for a diagnostic fee to find out it was going to cost me $7k to fix the issue. Meanwhile the mechanic told me everything Firestone said they fixed was in fact never replaced as the parts were visibly still old, broken and it was never touched. I have called Firestone numerous times to get my money back but **** was never available and now there is a new manager ****** on staff and he also does not return my calls. I filed a dispute with my credit card company but I was charged again from Firestone. I want my money back!12/5/24: $21.99 (vehicle inspection)12/12/24: $332.85 (HVAC repair) 12/22/24: $1,178.54 (HVAC repair and transmission line replacement) 12/29/24: picked up my car from Firestone 1/2/24: called to inform problem was not fixed manager not in. 1/8/25: called again.
