Contractor tries to be a one man team and doesnt know his job! Says it skipped his mind when he didnt put screws to hold in glass on upper cabinets doors, uses double back tape instead, a dangerous situation. Gets angry when you want him to correct his mistakes like not knowing that corner baseboards are mitered and threatens to quit and takes 2 weeks off to cool off. Always angry and doesnt like to ask you or brief you and had to tear down the framing twice! Wiped away all the grout from the tile and now I have to go over and re-grout ! All talk and none quality in any of his work.

Lots of things said here that are inaccurate. I am a general contractor and we used a licensed electrician and licensed plumber on this job, as well as a highly respected drywall company. Yes, I do a lot of the work myself, but I'm not a one man show.Yes, I took time off because of extremely high blood pressure (191/111 at one point), and **** was made aware of my reasoning. We were also on hold waiting for a cabinet order change that **** made after we started the project. The late cabinet order cost us 3 weeks, some of which I took advantage of to get medical treatment.Client broke her contract by not having all of the materials on-site per the schedule, but we worked around it. Some parts were missing from the cabinets (glass retention clips), so we installed what we had. We used double sided sticky tape as a spacer, not to hold the glass. The 1/16" glass wouldn't engage the cam that holds the glass without a spacer. Client was made aware she would need to order more. Client chose to use charcoal grout which is notorious for bleeding color, but not a lot of grout. We did seal the grout, but it clearly needed a 2nd coat. This would be warranty item, but we were not contacted. If any work is done by others, it will no longer be covered by warranty. All of our work followed industry standards, as well as NASCLA standards, and yes, we mitered the corners on her baseboards.I'll close by saying this was the most difficult client I have worked with since I started the business. This is also the first time I have had a negative review since 2010. If we are bad as she makes out, why are there no negative reviews?
