    I hired Lesland LLC through a referral from Frontier Properties. Les installed new flooring in my former condo kitchen and mudroom and did not do a thorough job with the edging and, in fact, created a major tripping hazzard with the piece of wood he used between the new flooring and the carpet in the adjacent room -- I was recovering from foot surgery and this was a serious issue. I asked him multiple times to come back and repair the work he didn't complete adequately and address this tripping hazard as soon as possible and after a few false promises that he would come back, he stopped responding to me. I have since sold the unit and wish for my money back.

    To whom it may concern:
    This job was completed in the summer of 2022. I am surprised to see this complaint two years after the job.  I was aware she had surgery that did not allow her to walk without a boot and crutches. It was due to her boot that the transition was continuously kicked off. I did return to the property about three times to fix the transition on the floor with no charge. The repairs were done at my cost. The disputed amount is incorrect because the customer purchased the floor at her expense and the flooring was installed correctly, but the transition piece was not staying intact because of the customer kept kicking it off. I did complete the job and corrected the transition three times as I was made aware of it. After, the three times of fixing this I told the customer I will have to start charging for the material and labor fee if it continues to happen because it was never an installment issue but due to her boot and crutches and she declined.
