Keystone Construction of the Rockies Inc is veteran owned company that is very responsive to all requests. Superior workmanship, daily updates, finished projects within requested timeline. Has a great pitch, over promises, under delivers. Blames everything else instead of taking responsibility and fixing his problems. He agrees to a price / percentage upcharge for construction management and won't show receipts just gives astronomical "change order" requests without substantiation. We cannot believe he is still in business. We may have to make major fixes due to him not following structural plans are currently seeking legal counsel. Is this what you want for your next home or project?

It's unfortunate that after signing the contract you made numerous change orders via text or by phone and did not make important, requested site meetings. All building inspections passed on their first submittal without any issues or repairs needed.Review fromCorey M

5 stars****** and his team of trusted partners were all professional, did quality work, and the end product speaks for itself. We had them help us turn a window in our half-below ground basement into a door and concrete stairs. Their team did structural engineering, cut a portion of the foundation for the new door opening, poured new concrete stairs, built an overhang with a roof and finished out to match the rest of the house. They also installed beautiful custom cabinetry and helped us out anywhere they could to reduce costs and allow us to put some sweat equity in. He and his team knew all the correct processes to follow and permits to get along the way to ensure the project went smoothly and by the book. The end product is stunning. 5 starsWe contracted *********************** 2021 Fall to completely renovate 2 bathrooms in our ********** ** house while we were back in *****. He met with **, reviewed the project, and made suggestions based on experience in this area. We returned June 2022 to find everything done excellently, the house clean, and we love our new bathrooms. As the project proceeded, ****** identified needed other improvements, like a new pressure tank, some electrical work, and he brought in the necessary contractors to complete them. We found his guidance was spot on.
