    I ordered a firefighter radio harness in December 2022 and I have yet to receive it. I have left many emails, and even found his number to text and nothing. Their website has been taken down. I just want a refund on what I paid him.

    Customized SCBA quick release strap $20 plus $5 shipping Order placed on May 12th, 2023. Received a confirmation email (attached) but havent heard anything since. *** sent emails and tried reaching out through their website and still havent heard anything.

    I made a purchase on Dec 1st 2022 for leather Suspenders from Salty Leather Company. I have purchased items from them in the past. My first purchase was a great experience (through Etsy). The company then created a website separating from Etsy. I made my second purchase and it took a while to have that order filled. My third purchase I have yet to receive, I have email numerous times inquiring of my purchase and finally received a response. The response stated some personal (child)emergency had come up but my order is complete and waiting to be sent out. Was told will send out once back home from hospital(3/14/23). Today is 4/17/23 & still no order. I reached out via email numerous times with no response. Please help with this purchase. I either need the items sent(completed) or a refund so I may purchase some where else. FYI I have stated all this in my emails sent.
