      Called groom on March 22 around 12:15pm EST and requested to book shuttle from ****** to Colorado North Regional. I mentioned My flight arrival to DIA was 9pm, so the agent booked next available for 9:40pm. When I arrived to board shuttle on time, driver said I was booked for 10:40 pm and they don't have enough seats for 9:40pm, allowing people ahead of me without booking enter bus :( They also sent text for wrong timing - 10:40pm and never sent email confirmation even though I received emails from previous trips, so they have correct email on file.

      Groome Transportation: Warning and be aware:On January 17 we took Groome Bus from *** to ********/************. Driver would not let me take briefcase loaded with electronics onto the bus because it had wheels. I informed the driver the case was full of electronics. Our luggage was in a pile in snow/mud parking lot when we got off the bus. Everything in case was crushed and destroyed. It contained two laptops, two 10 inch tablets with keyboards, multiple small items including pill box with crushed pills. All monitors were shattered. Inside looked like it had been run over, it was too much damage to have even 100 lbs dropped on it. Original cost $5400 and close to $6000 to replace.I took broken case full of damaged equipment to Groome office in ******** and was met with a shrug and then told not liable for loss or damage. Submitted a claim with Groome and received written replay basically copying from their website (which not easy to find this information) "Groome Transportation will not be liable under any circumstances for damage to or loss of any luggage. Groome Transportation disclaims any liability for particularly expensive, valuable, or fragile items such as, but not limited to, computers, electronics, jewelry, banknotes, artwork, collectibles, or antiques, and strongly recommends that these items remain with passengers at all times."What started off as a comfortable and reasonable way home from *** became a very expensive and unacceptable result.

      My parents tried to use Groome shuttle this past week, but their flight was delayed to the weather so they missed their 9:50 am shuttle. The 10:50 and 11:50 shuttles were full so we ended up picking them up to bring to ******************* for Thanksgiving. We asked for a travel credit to use in the future and they said they wouldn't offer one because there was a shuttle available at 12:50. My parents are older and it wouldn't be feasible to ask them to wait around for 3 hours. Groome also mentioned that my parents could check every hour to see if anybody didn't show up which seems very odd to ask your paying customers to do that. They also wouldn't refund the driver tip even though nobody even used their services. I called several times hoping that I would get someone that would be able to assist, but all of the representatives I had were rude and difficult to work with. We will be using Landline going forward for rides to **************. I'll also be leaving reviews on ****** and anywhere else that I can help deter people from using this awful company.*********************

      Contacted to cancel less than 9 hours after booking due to medical reasons and the lady on the phone said a supervisor would contact me first thing in the morning to be able to help with a refund bc of issue.In the morning the call I received was a driver asking where I was due to me holding up passengers. The ride had not been cancelled ?? I stated I called and canceled . It had not been removed from itinerary. A few hours later I received a survey asking how my ride service was. (I never received any service) still no call from supervisor.I called and was immediately speaking to a *********************** Who was quick to you checked the box no refunds .Well the employee should Not have given a potential option for medical circumstances. I would never recommend or use this company ************, care, I am not sure in this day and age How a business can function without placing people before profit. You cannot make a profit without people to support your business

      Very unreasonable that they will not give refunds. I did not see that bit of information when I made the reservation, I would not have done it otherwise. I was looking specifically for the cancellation policy knowing I may get my car back from the shop. It was in no way obvious that they wont give refunds, despite customer service treating me like an idiot. My ride was scheduled for 5 days from now, I made the reservation a few days ago and things change. This business did not incur a loss of any kind. I don't need a credit. When I called customer service, they are very rude and insulting. Don't use this business.

      THE DRIVER IS HUFFING GAS! WHAT THE ACTUAL F***? The van is overloaded and there is a gas can between the drivers feet while he's driving. When I asked him about it, he said the fuel gauge doesn't work, so they make him pack around a gas can inside the cab "Just in case". Not only is this unpleasant, unprofessional and dangerous, I'm pretty sure it's illegal!

      Absolutely horrible service on pick up to the airport and back to ***********.We were held up going to the airport for 40 minutes waiting for two passengers who were late. I almost missed my flight.And coming home, my flight was late and they left without me and rudely told me that I had to wait 3 hours for the next shuttle!I found some kind people that gave me a ride all the way to ****************** and so Groome would not refund my money!!They rude and horrible to deal with.
