    Date of service 9/1/22 Bill sent and paid by primary insurance Anthem. A request made by self in February/March 2023 for them to bill secondary insurance Medicare. They have attempted to send to Medicare multiple times and have been denied for lack of information. Medicare told me to have them contact them so they could give instructions for this claim. They again sent claim in August 14. When I contacted Medicare, claim again denied. Meanwhile this has been sent to collections. Asset Recovery Group. Please need help! Need Medicare pay their part. Me to pay remaining balance. Account 1626041

    We are in contact with Medicare to get the claims processed accordingly & have also requested collection agency remove from their system as it was sent in error. Please be advised this was the first request we have received from your office but are actively trying to get resolved.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I do have questions though. How long will resolve take, 30 to 60 days? Will they contact me when Medicare pays their portion of bill? Will they bill me for deductible?
