      Local Motive sent a repair person out the next day after I submitted a service request online. Ian the technician was very competent, conscientious and professional. He quickly identified the leak in our freezer as a cracked icemaker tray in our ** side by side refrigerator on a Wednesday, ordered the part and had us up and running on Friday. He also fixed an issue with the freezer fan blade sporadically hitting the plastic cover and the ice bin auger binding up. The charge was very reasonable. Would highly recommend Local Motive.
