    After almost six months no repairs and or car in still not in my possession. Id paid $1500 for the vehile, $400 in other cost to diagnose issues with other shop prior to verbal agreement with A&B, Since then i've been forced to purchase another vehicle for another $1500 anlong with other repair cost in order to have a operating vehicle of need. I've lost over $3000 in having to do so do to lack of compliance and repairs from A&B. I have attached emails, previous shop invoices, etc in my name and of vehicle

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Took months to hear anything back, waited, waited and waited... Vehicle was purchased for use of daily transportation. Repairs was promised to be made, updates occurred then suddenly stopped for months on by and nothing until complaint. I've lost financially in purchasing a vehicle, having it towed to a shop for repairs, only to not have it repaired and no communication in the process. Due to lack of previous communication the need to purchase another vehicle had to be made for daily travel, work, etc. 

    I'm negative another $3000+ in having to purchase other said vehicle, other self-done repairs, emissions, registration, insurance, taxes and other fees. I never have gotten to register a vehicle I wanted and purchased as I was waiting on said repairs to be complete so in return I could have the proper repairs complete, emissions, registration, etc however that never happened and only have a title to a car that I could never drive and or register as said repairs was never completed in months at shop.

    Unfortunately, I had purchase and move on to another vehicle so the need for unrepaired vehicle is no longer needed and only a financial recovery of lost funds and time will satisfy complaint, I don't want to talk anymore, had months to do so and that never happened.

    Hi *** *********, 

    I appreciate your communication and concerns regarding your ******* services here at A&B. Unfortunately, we do not accept responsibility for any of your other vehicle expenses. While I regret our lapse in communication to you, we would have been happy to discuss the issue at any time had you called during our business hours and feel that the involvement of BBB and other agencies is unwarranted. Since hearing about your concerns, we have made attempts to contact you with no response. 

    Initially, we towed your vehicle in from ******* ($319) and you had authorized additional diagnostic and attempted repairs ($741 in key replacement costs and programming, $556 for 3 hours of diagnostic labor) for an out the door total of $1,812.50. While our diagnostic time far exceeds 3 hours at this point, we have not made a conclusion on the root cause of your issue. Considering this, and as a gesture of good faith, we are prepared to fully waive such charges on the vehicle. 

    Please let me know how you wish to proceed.
