  Fort Collins Foreign Car Repair employees treat me like a person and not a number. They are knowledgable and experienced. They repair the car at the price they quoted, and in the amount of time they said it will take. In case they may need to do something more, or take longer, they will get my confirmation before proceeding. I've been taking my cars here since 2014. I bring a check or cash to get their discount! :-)

  I had such a great experience here with my Mini ******. They gave me a great price, helped explain everything to me and the guys that work here are so down to earth and friendly. I will be brining my car to them from now on. I dont agree at all with the review that ********** wrote. This place is a great, honest independent shop.

  I used to go to these guys for years and was a very loyal patron of theirs. I suppose its my fault for having such a low bar and not wanting to branch out and try other mechanics. No matter what the fix was, big or small, they always make sure to make you feel like a massive inconvenience for paying them for a service they provide. Constantly sighing and groaning over the phone at me, having snippy reception desk people (big cranky heavyset woman) who cant even make an effort to pretend to be friendly, and massive massive price differences once Im there to pay in person versus what I was told over the phone. On top of an unfriendly staff the shop is in an even more unfriendly location, tens and tens of people camp outside this location in tents on the sidewalks and sides of the road. It does nothing to instill confidence in the safety of your vehicle when the premises are a literal stones throw away from a miniature homeless drug addict commune. Enough is enough. Never again will I visit Bills shop. In my opinion it has absolutely nothing going for it and everything going against it. It shouldnt feel THIS empowering to break up with a mechanic, but here we are.

  ****, I apologize for my former employees behavior. Her treatment of you was unacceptable. The employee you referred to has not worked at my business since late 2020. (The first year of COVID.) I believe that you knew that since you had brought your vehicle in to our shop 4 times since (2021 and after). The homeless drug addict commune you referred to is the Sister *************************************************** for Hope (***********************), a support and resource center for the homeless and near homeless. The tents (urban camping) that you referred to is a situation that was resolved by the City of Fort Collins Police - Homeless Outreach and Proactive Engagement (H.O.P.E.) team. The camping in tents issue was artfully dealt with in June of 2023 by the City of Fort Collins and there is no longer an issue with that. The behavior of the guests of the ******************* has improved exponentially as well since June of 2023. I have learned tolerance for the less fortunate people in need of help in this community from my contact with the *******************. I reviewed your vehicle repair file and have found that the pricing of your repairs was in line with the town average. I was surprised by the timing of your review, considering it was made in February of 2024 quite a long time after the cause of complaints that you made had been resolved.   Fantastic and Friendly and Honest!These guys under-promise, over-deliver and they have great turnaround! They are very knowledgeable and determined to solve the problem and I highly recommend them to anyone, even your dog!**************
