    The parade baby carrier was extremely uncomfortable for both me and my child. The straps on the child seat were not secure. The padded portion does not come out far enough on the belly area so the straps dig right into your stomach. This is made for super petite people, yet the child seat would still be unsafe. Their return policies are unclear and unfair. Their customer service was terrible as they responded asking for videos , but when I sent them extensive videos, they ghosted me. I will NEVER buy from here again.

    Purchased Traveller crib, and planned on keeping it because of the way it was advertised. I planned on keeping it so much I purchased additional sheets and the mesh cover. Upon arrival, the mattress did not inflate as advertised. Two bars of frame were dented. The sheet that came with crib had many holes all over the seams. The crib is not safe or sturdy. I fear putting my baby in here, including reasons listed above. I contacted the company to start a return, and they told me that I could not return the crib. They told me they would just send me a new one. Be warned, and do not buy from this company. I wish I had known sooner. Apparently there are a lot of people having problems with, this company when it comes to product, quality, and customer service.
