      I have been a customer with ********************** for ** yrs.On June 13 2024 I had my identity stolen. The thief gained unfettered access to my 2 laptops and my smartphone and all my personal and professional information. After filing a report with the Morgan County sheriffs department I went into the bank and closed both my account and ************************* account who I am POA too and tied to his account also.We opened new accounts immediantly with Bank of Colorado.The Id thief gained access to our new accounts and a fraudulant transaction was placed. On Aug 2 2024 I recieved a call from Teller and New Account supervisor *************************** telling me ********************* and I needed to come into the bank. Upon doing so we were forced to close out our accounts and find a new bank. I was and am still being victumized by this individual and feel we were treated unfairly and possibly criminaly. I feel that because of our victimization we were treated Unethically and further punished for no fault of our own.
