      Ive been with this bank 28 years. Up until yesterday I would have given them 5 stars. 3 weeks ago some fraudster got into my account and got $1100 through Zelle which I do not use. I reported it to my banker and even made a police report when the bank asked me to. Ive been patiently waiting for the bank to return my money and go after ***** for it when I received a call from a person that I believe may be the new guy in charge of accounts. He told me I was not getting my money back, subtly insinuating it was my fault. The bank is in the process of being taken over by South State bank and Im guessing they just didnt care if I stayed or not. I immediately went to the bank and closed my accounts after 28 years of really trusting this bank. The guy that had called me didnt even look at me when I went in the bank. Im sure in 28 years weve put tens and tens of thousands of dollars thru this bank. So, disgusted.

      First off this bank is useless my acct when checked says it fine iand open I checked the letters mailed thru online banking app and never said yn acct was closed well my tax return hit and was bounced back your bank is all but useless how are you even still running how are you not going to call someone send letters any of that and still show my acct open online when I call you tell ite open but it's not open wtf does that even mean
