*************************** offered his services to repair our roof and siding which both received hail damage in June 2023. He originally worked for a reputable local roofing company and separated from that company to start his own business. He told us he needed a deposit to pay for the roofing materials required. We gave him a check for $7,000 and he never provided receipts, materials or repair work. Despite continued promises to get going on the project and requests for additional funds from us, as well as our request for return of our funds, we could not get him to meet with us to return our check. He continued to harass us via text messages for several weeks and we finally gave up our quest. We found out that he had done the same to another neighbor for a significant higher amount of money. They did not receive a refund either. If this young man shows up at your door, beware. He's quite congenial and appears trustworthy. We found out he was not and were lucky to have lost only what we did.

Dear ***** and *****,It was a pleasure to meet the two of you. Breaks my heart that this has some how become your perspective of my Intent. Think if you look deep inside you will remember why you chose to trust in my efforts. You will see the large steps.. If you would have found an attorney like we stated several times due to the massive fouls by the carrier that are stopping all and causing serious stressful delays for you and most people. We would have been in a different place. We appreciated the opportunity to address the situation surrounding the denial of your insurance claim (by Liberty mutual on 3 ocasiones with damages you could see from the moon )and the efforts we have exerted to advocate for your rights. I want to convey my sincere empathy and understanding of the distress caused by carrier tactics to save money. It is imperative to emphasize that we have upheld all our business practices in a manner that aligns with ethical standards while pursuing the restoration of your home. We recognize that there may have been misunderstandings, and we appeal for your understanding and further communication before making any assumptions. If there is any information that you or your neighbors seek clarification on, we are more than willing to provide the necessary details. We want to express how deeply our hearts goes out to you for having to endure the denial and the uncertainties that followed. Your disappointment fueled our unwavering efforts to ensure you received the protection and coverage promised by Liberty Mutual up until our date of separation. The transition from having no project coverage to securing the complete scope of work was truly a massive advancement that reflected our wholehearted commitment to accomplishing the restoration of your home. The transition from no project coverage to a comprehensive scope of work, comprising roof repairs, siding, painting, and fencing, was an effort marked by substantial professional expertise and knowledge.Despite the physical work not coming to ************ is essential to recognize the extensive knowledge and professional effort invested to ensure that the scope of work was fully developed. The transformation from a project without coverage to one with a detailed plan for restoration reflects a significant difference in our approach and commitment to your project. It is regrettable that you have chosen not to move forward with allowing us to execute the physical work, especially considering the extensive efforts and expertise that have been dedicated to achieving the project scope. As outlined in our contingency contract, the 20% separation fee corresponds to the compensation for the comprehensive work done, preparing for the restoration of your property, and representing your best interests throughout this process. PLEASE UNDERSTAND ??With a large project on older home: ***** retained funds is much less then 20% of work required for restoration. We remain committed to provide peace of mind with information. Please feel free to reach out to us for any further discussion.Sincerely,********************************* President **********Contractors
