We visited a local telephone provider we thought was Verizon since it had Verizon on the building. We discussed promotions variables advertised for December 23. To include new I phone 15 Apple products. The salesperson told us we could get new phones with their plan but only gave us one option for a phone plan which was higher than we could afford. Another salesperson brought us accessories off the wall we thought it was part of the package but they said the charge is $900.00 for taxes we asked why it was so high. They told us it was taxes for the phones. We told them no accessories needed and they said we still owe them $244.00 in taxes for phones out the door. I gave them an Apple pro 14 for trade in and they gave me a downgraded i phone. After paying $244.00 with my cc they had us sign a contract and said you are in. Contract with us for 3 years. I called Verizon the next day to find out about this so called contract this company said we signed up with. Verizon told me they were a third part vendor not Verizon and should have explained all fees up front. Verizon advised to take the phones back immediately to recover my personal I phone 14 pro better shipped it off so I was there neither store opened. Verizon explained if they don’t give the payback to credit back the amount to me but never did. Instead Victra I found out the third party vendor is disputing all and keep charging me and say I owe them money for service we are not using. We turned in all equipment before 24 hr period and back to our old phone provider T mobile. Victors us trying to obligate my credit and money for. Service and equipment we don’t use or have.
