    We had this company install concrete on our side back yard around 4/4/2024. We recently tried to have our irrigation turned on and they punctured our mainline and multiple other lines. I contacted the owner and his response said i should of called him first so basically too bad so sad.How would someone know that that was the issue and not some other problem not related to the concrete - its costing us several hundred dollars to have it fixed and this company takes no responsibility for it.

    We offered to help you many tim3s  to fixe the 2 pices of pipes  whit at hole for free ,***** was in you house yestarday  5/3/24 att 2.00pm  which was  the same day you report about the problem here,  we offered  one day before fixe the problem but you refused  when we trae fixe you problem asap,now you tell us you pay 800  when we offer you fix it for free

    I am rejecting this response because: the information provided is not correct.  I called the owner of the company on 5/2 as we were having an irrigation issue and had no idea it had anything to do with the concrete that was installed in early April.  At that time he said i should of called him first and the contract stated they are not responsible for it.  I told him he gave me a price and not a contract until the job was finished so how would i have known.  We had an initial irrigation tech come out and it was discovered that when this company installed concrete they drove metal takes thru my main line irrigation and initially it took the tech two different days to come out.  I had another technician come out that i paid allot of money to as well and all together it was over ****** to fix it.  When i had already scheduled *********************** to come out and finish the job - Skylines office manager and the owner were calling and texting me at that point because i had made a complaint - so he ended up showing up at my house and at that point he said well i will fix it - multiple breaks, plus main line.  I told him its a little late as the guy was already on his way from ******* (1 hr away) to fix it.  I couldn't call **** to not come when he was already on his way and one of his workers was already at my house.  It is not fair that he said hed fix it at the time i had made the complaint - as he already told me via phone conversation 5/2 that he wouldn't.

    So Again - initial phone call on 5/2/2024 ***** stated that he would not help - it wasnt until i made this complaint and i left a message stating this was ridiculous that all of a sudden he changed his tune with us.  He didnt give us the contract until the job was done then when he realized and we discovered he punched rebar thru main irrigation line he offerred to fix and we were already contacting an expert to fix it.

    I am rejecting this response because he didnt fix the issue nor reimburse us for the costs of fixing it which was ****** - punched holes thru main irrigation lines and multiple other lines that had to be dug up.  He didnt want to do anything about it until i contacted the BBB when it was already in process to be fixed.
