    Einstein Construction Design LLC was contracted to paint house, paint deck and add a pergola to my home one May 5th 2023. They asked for a deposit to order materials and offered a discount if I combined the house and deck paint along with pergola. They painted home but when it came time to add pergola we had some delays with the building permit. As I started to investigate why, I found out the clients let their contracting license expire in 2018 and never renewed, so I then called their insurance company to find out that they let insurance lapse back in 2022. So they were not licensed nor insurance to do any work on my home. When I wanted to cancel the pergola work they refused to return my calls and return my money. This ended up in small claims court on May 3rd ******************************************* by the 17th of May 2024 since they did not have the funds to pay at the courts. They did have to fill out a statement of assets which they falsified. They listed that they did not have automobiles or a home and had a negative bank account. They refuse to pay me my money so I have to file liens on home and will also on automobiles along with writ of garnishment on all bank accounts once information is retrieved. I do not recommend doing business with them. If they get injured on your property your insurance company will have to pay and honor claims. They use money given to them for other projects and as their insurance company stated, they are robbing ***** to pay ****. Not a good business to use
