    Did taxes told me I was getting a refund from **********, never received any refund, called and communicated to try and recover the money, then after messages found out the original CPA was let go, and then told my refund was reduced dramatically. Basically after nearly two years of run and continually runaround with staff, received a phone call from owner then called back and can't take my call. I spent over 1K on my taxes our of good faith and now have concerns maybe my returns had errors due to the reduction on state taxes. I want them to get me my money from CA, and want the fee's I paid refunded back. Very poor follow up and was referred to them by my estate attorney.
