    Bought a pair of ear plugs from Decibullz and molded them per their instructions. First time I used them in the woods with my chainsaw cleaning up from and ice storm I noticed after less than 30 minutes that the plug from the one ear plug had fallen out rendering it no good. I contacted them and they said that this can happen and I should have bought the ear plugs with the lanyard. No where do they tell you that there is a good chance that the plugs will fall out. I contacted them and they told me I could buy more plugs. I told them that they were defective if they fail within 30 minutes of the first use. The told me again I could buy replacement part for their defective ear plugs. Not only are they selling a defective product, but also a dangerous product since these are ear plugs to protect your hearing and without the plug in them the noise level rises to dangerous levels for hearing loss.

    While unfortunate this is issue most likely falls under user error. These parts do not fall out on their own unless they have been improperly used/inserted by the consumer. We frequently inspect these components to ensure they meet specification. We have never seen a case of the back plug part falling out on its own. The customer lost a component and is now asking for a refund. Like every other company we can't offer refunds for lost products. The user can however purchase a replacement for that specific part here: *****************************************************************************

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Not sure how I did anything wrong, I followed your instructions.  If I didnt do something correctly wouldn't I have noticed that from the noise of the chainsaw.  You admitted that this does happen in your original emails.  I used this for less than 30 minutes and it fell apart.  You have a defective product and choose dont stand behind it.
