    I am still waiting for a receipt for my $20 online transaction after ten days, five emails, and two phone calls. After the first phone call, I was promised a receipt within ***** hours. After the second phone call, I was promised a receipt by the end of the day. Both deadlines have been missed.This has caused me direct harm since I need to submit a copy of my receipt to "*** Brother *** Sister" so they will reimburse me for my purchase. Until I submit that receipt, I will have $20 less in my bank account. The settlement I am seeking is a prompt delivery of my receipt to my email address, ********************** Alternatively, Sterling Volunteers can remedy the situation by refunding my $20 ************* is a timeline of events:- April 22: I purchased a $20 background check from Sterling Volunteers and I waited several hours for an emailed receipt, but I didn't receive one. So, I called to request one. Then, a customer service *** said that I would received an emailed receipt within ***** hours.- April 25: I emailed customer assistance to ask for an update and received no response.- April 28: I emailed customer assistance to ask for an update and received no response.- April 29: I called again, and spoke to a customer service *** named Jenelie Zeta. She said that she was elevating my concern and I would receive a receipt by the end of the day. Then, before the day was over, Jenelie emailed me to say that they are still waiting for an update from the internal team. I emailed back to inquire about why my request was taking so long and received no response.- April 30: I emailed again with no response.- May 1: I emailed again with no response.

    My name is ******** ******* I am doing a background check through this company and im about to miss out on a job because no one ansrs or calls back although they have a customer service with with the option of call back. So when i emailed someone responded but i feel i was met with more delay on purpose when i complained directly but i just want a job so can i can provide for my family I was offered the job with **** 8/5/2024 i was instructed to go through a official link for the company Sterling My original process date for the background check through Sterling was 8/9/2024 it is now 8/27/24 my first status check said it would be done Wednesday 08/28/2024 but upon checking now today it says 9/11/2024 what kind of background check takes Over a month im not sure whats going on in this company can i please get help i just want my job
