    I contacted Chino at Patino Fencing about damage his fencing company had caused to our *** greenbelt irrigation piping when they were digging post holes for a homeowner. They realized they had broken a line, patched it badly, and didn't tell the *** or the homeowner about the break. Our *** has been searching for a leak for 2 years, costing us both for leak detection services and thousands of gallons of water loss. We finally tracked it down to his company's break and had it fixed. When asked to share in the cost of repair, he flatly refused, saying he didn't have to pay anything. I would not do business with a company that doesn't take responsibility for its actions and mistakes.
