I placed a purchase 2/19/23 I received the shoes quickly February 22,2023 and return them February 23, 2023. upon receiving the shoe i see there was a crease in the toe area. The purchase was a new shoe by the way and On my end I did not take any photos. The reason for the return was the fit was horrible. I requested a return the exact same day I received the shoes and sent them back via *** in less than 24hrs after receiving them. GOAT received the order this past Monday which was February 27, 2023. I then received a email from Marie stating my return was denied due to not meeting the qualification(worn shoe) with photos of the shoes in the exact condition they were sent to me. I then put an email in wanting them to further investigate the QC specialist that verified the shoes before they were sent to me because he can verify that condition was present before I even received the shoes. On my end I should have taken photos, but I’m not new to GOAT. I’ve had previous purchases that were awesome, but this service was done without integrity. Not only was I falsely accused of turning in unworn shoes back to the company but I was clearly shunned away after asking for further investigation on their part. I then received messages stating the two options given which I’m very unsatisfied with. I was also sent in email if being a approved seller which is not a goal of mine or my intention. Further disappointment the aliases that does the responses and customer service sends the same copy paste response without recognition or looking into the issue. I’m 100% positive if the look at the photos of the employee who verified the shoes to be sent out to me you’ll see the shoes condition is the exact same as the qc person who check them out when they denied my return. It’s just a bad business practice to have of people who quality check protocols are not set at the same standard. Lastly they don’t have a customer service contact number, everything is through email or chat.
