**** was awesome. We had 20+ years old door openers. He replaced them both. Worked late on a Friday to install one that was not working. Came back on Monday and installed the other we thought would not be working soon. He also took the time to,program the new ones to our vehicles. We so appreciated that.

***************** is a fantastic technician!He's a knowledgeable, efficient, diligent, professional, and courteous PROBLEM SOLVER.He genuinely cares about providing the best possible service, which is greatly appreciated in this day and age.**** did an outstanding job repairing a garage door that was improperly installed by ANOTHER COMPANY, which shall remain unnamed here. The improper installation (by another company!) created all sorts of snags and challenges but **** cheerfully and expeditiously solved all of them. It was a temporary solution to keep the door functioning until we get a new door from Precision. **** also helped us select our new door. He is very knowledgeable about Precision's products and helped us to make the best selection for our needs. He gets my highest recommendation (10/10)!Many thanks to **** and Precision Garage Doors!Precision Overhead Garage Door Service
