**** was absolutely incredible!!! I was assigned Teddys Garage Door by my home warranty company and I couldnt be happier with the service. I had Diamond Garage Door out last August to diagnose why my garage door opener wasnt working. The Tech from diamond said it was the board that had fried and immediately began a sales pitch on a new garage door opener. He wasnt very friendly and I could tell he was just trying to make money off of me right from the get go. Diamond garage door said they needed to order the part and he left. I never heard from them again and neither I nor the warranty company could contact them. But on to the good news with Teddys. The tech **** arrived I explained to him my situation. He went over the pros and the cons of just replacing the motherboard. Then after I asked about just replacing the opener he gave me multiple options on replacement and described each one in detail and answered all of my questions. He even waited while I explained and discussed the options with my wife. I never felt rushed or pushed into buying things I didnt need. We went forward with the replacement and **** was fast, clean and efficient. After the install was complete he went over the app setup and all the functions of the door to include proper maintenance. Waited on service from another company since last Thursday with no communication at all. I called *****'s Garage and they showed up the same day and fixed my garage door in under an hour and at 6:30 pm. AwesomeTeddy’s Garage Doors & Openers, LLC

Amazing customer service! We submitted a contact form for service to our garage opener on a ********************* thinking they would contact me on Monday, well he responded in 5 minutes and was at our house a couple hours later! They are kind, professional, and cares about the customer. You don't find that type of service anymore. They went ************** to program the opener to the car and phone. Teddys garage doors and openers came out to my home in ******************* the same day I had called to make an appointment. They were very fast and knowledgeable about the garage door. I got a door installed by this company a couple days ago. After being quoted by several other companies this company was able to provide me with the best quote. Their service was great.
