5 starsGood men doing good work! ***** and crew did a fantastic job repairing a roof for us as well as removing and replacing several hundred feet of gutter. We threw them a curve ball by requesting 24g steel gutters and asked then to use our extruded gutter hangers. ***** takes great pride in his finished product, and we couldn't be happier with the end product!W **** Spring Creek ConstructionReview fromJerry M

5 stars*********************** of Rocky Top Total Roofing, LLC came out to repair 17 chipped and broken tiles on our roof. He was the one who gave us the quote and he was the one who performed the work. Estimate as fair, and he took weeks to find the tiles that would match the best. We were on no time schedule so we appreciated his attention to detail to find ones that matched the older tiles that were 18 years old. Hes very responsive to texts and kept us informed. He was also very good about sending pictures of the roof tiles that needed replacing and also after he replaced them. He also fixed a gutter issue that needed remounting. 5 starsWe had a downspout disconnect from the roof line gutter which was 3 stories up. Of course it happened during a Saturday during a very rainy week. ***** came out as soon as there was a break in the weather and he could do the job safely. The job was completed quickly. He was prompt, professional and stayed in constant contact with us during this time. I would recommend ***** and Rocky top any day of the week!Review fromRick B

5 stars***** came out and replaced all our gutters and downspouts. He was prompt and professional. He gave me detailed explanations, along with photos, of conditions that had caused problems and how he would keep the issues from happening again. He was also able to remove and reinstall our Leaf Filter gutter protection over the new gutters. That was a big plus! A couple of minor issues popped up after heavy rain, and ***** came out and fixed them quickly. I am very happy with the work ***** did.Review fromDawn T
