    We hired Brock to redo our master bathroom. A job he quoted would take him 2-4 weeks. Well, its almost 5 months and not completed. His lack of professionalism, lack of attention to detail, and work ethic are evident in how he left my bathroom, a complete disaster for $12,000! There were weeks at a time he did not show up. Days he came and was here for couple of hours, where he maybe laid 12 floor tiles. The mess he left when he was here was beyond anything I have ever seen.He applied **** ******** to my white wall tile. My designer sent him a list of what was needed via email and how everything needed to done. So many things were incorrect, she was horrified. He installed chipped tile in the shower, grout is uneven on floor and vanity wall. Some areas are without grout. Grout was left all over tile. No detail or clean up of the floor, shower, vanity wall. He covered up both floor air vents with tile and thought nothing of it. My designer noticed immediately. I told him how unhappy I was. He said Ill come next week to detail and fix. He did NOTHING! We had to hire someone else to fix all his botched work. I implore you, do not use Brock!
