    A heat panel control system was purchased OUTRIGHT from ***************** / Air Comfort for our yoga studio. ***************** / Air Comfort technicians were called out for maintenance in 2021 & 2022 to set the heat panel up correctly for business. They failed to update the firmware. They "created" out of date firmware for a custom-coded, inaccessible system we cannot service or repair ourselves or HIRE any other company to service or repair. It's against ********'s Right to Repair laws. In Sept 2023, they were called out because the panel stopped working correctly. A technician arrived and proceeded to sit in the studio for FIVE HOURS while the firmware updated. NO QUOTE was given for time or service billing. A second remote tech was also BILLED on a statement at $140/hr. ***************** / Air Comfort charged MY business card on file for the MADE UP invoice without my consent. They stole this money and violated the Right to Repair laws. They made up their billing charges and charged for a remote tech when the tech that was there was just sitting on the ground waiting around. They CREATED the system failure in order to bill us for the fix. Illegal. Immoral. Please fine them for this bad behavior, warn other businesses of their illegal practices, and refund the money. They refuse to delete my cc information and I consider it stolen at this point. I will never contact them for a service call again and will pay many thousands to replace their system with another company who operates LEGALLY.
