    On 8/ 11/2022 i dtayed one night at the comfort in and suites and was charged 50 for a missing blanket . My son slept on the sleeper and used the blanket from the bed so im not sure if the house keeper just did not see the blanket on the couch or what i have bene calling thr manager since and left voicemails and yet to hear from her every tine i call they say shes not in or try again at 3 and wont give me any other help

    I have received your letters, thank you.  I am working to resolve this guests complaint, however, on the back of the letter, I see a *** ****** name.  I have tried to find her name in my file for that day, but I am unable to find her name.  

    Perhaps, she booked under a different name?

    Please let me know, so I can resolve this matter.

    Good Afternoon

     

    I am trying to resolve this issue.  I am a bit confused.  I was told this happened on 08/13/2022.  For which, I do not see a *** ******.  I do have a *** ****** that I am showing in our system that was checked in on 08/11/2022 and checked out on 08/12/2002 room 216.  I have tried to call the number that I have in our system and have left a message.

     

    Can you please provide me with good contact, so I may be of assistance in resolving this matter?

    This occurred on 08/13/2022, I paid for a room at the Comfort Suites Fort Collins for my partner. He was called by the hotel and confirmed that he was in route. Once he got there, he was told there was no reservation under any of our names and they were sold out. We can’t get a refund because the hotel is treating this as a cancellation on our part when it was the hotel overbooking their rooms. I just want my money back.
