    I've been at this hotel since April of 2024. It was convenient and at the time we thought it was a good option. It looked nice. Looks can be deceiving... Besides the several drug addicts they allow to stay, there was so much violence and drug paraphernalia just out in the open. The housekeepers only clean (if you'd call it that) once a week. Every time maintenance works on something there's always metal shavings, broken glass, or some other hazard that lays around for days at a time. For 70% of our stay, we had 0 amenities. The pool had a nasty white bubbly film on the top of it and didn't smell like chlorine at all, but they kept it open. When they opened the restaurant, twice I tried sitting down for breakfast. The first time, there was a half dead mouse laying right next to my table in the sticky traps they put out. The second time, I watched 3 large cockroaches skurry across the counter. The staff is horrid and extremely unprofessional. They openly spill other guests personal happenings. The amount of black mold in the building is terrifying. My whole family was so sick for almost two months and two other children got really sick with respiratory problems. Then they double charge and try to steal money. We were without heat for almost a week. Broken fridge. And they shut the water off twice without telling anyone, I have two young children. The doors are broken, so junkies come in and overdose in the stair wells. I've fallen twice due to them not salting the ice, the last time injuring my arm. I think we'd be better off in a trap house in 5 points. We're getting out of here next week. That place needs to be condemned before someone gets seriously ill.
