    I ordered two 5lb bags of high phosphorous bat guano off of the Colorado growers supply website. I received order confirmation but no contact about shipping. 2 weeks later still nothing. The phone number listed is out of service and no way to email the business. I contacted a neighboring auto body business and they stated that colorado growers supply still seems to be in business as they've seen people inside the store recently. I just want the products I ordered or simply refunding the money that I paid for products I havent received.

    I am very sorry for the situation. We have been unable to access our shopify account as our administrator of the site has retired and can not be contacted.
    We are contacting the buyer to provide a refund.

    Better Business Bureau:


    The business reached out and refunded the money that was purchased for products not received. I would suggest that the business regains control of their online shopify store so this doesn't continue to happen to unsuspecting customers.

    On 4/16/2023 I ordered (2) 5 lb bags of fertilizer from this company. I was charged for both, but I only received one 5 lb bag fertilizer. I called their phone, but it has been temporarily disconnected. I emailed 4/27, and I received one response 4/28 saying that they would look into it, but I have not received any further responses from next two emails, 5/14 and 5/22. I would still like the second bag of fertilizer that I paid for...

    Hello ,I ordered fertilizer and potting soil from the company, I was charged for both ,they only sent the fertilizer. I have called and emailed several times with no answer, they don't answer there phone . Terrible company!!!
