    Please review all documents with this company before you sign the. The customer service is not great. After having issues with the service dropping I cancel my service a day into the new billing cycle expecting a full refund for service not used and I was told normally we do not give anything back, but will give 50% of the remaining month back. I do not feel its right to keep funds in advance for a service that is not being used.

    We're sorry that you did not have a good experience, *******! We would have been happy to troubleshoot your service drops and correct any problem you were experiencing. It looks like you reached out by email on June 13 and we sent you two emails with initial troubleshooting steps. We never heard back from you about the issue continuing, so we assumed that had taken care of the issue. We regret to learn that didn't get solved for you. Regarding the cancellation policy, our terms and conditions are shared upfront at the time of signup and they are available to read on the website at any time. We do not offer a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of service at the end of your last month of service, but we made an exception for you and refunded 50% of your last bill. We're sorry that was unacceptable to you, and we're sorry to see you go as a customer. The door is always welcome if you wish to return to our service.
