      I have enjoyed working with Alpine Gardens of a redesign of my yard. Although the project took a couple years, the result has been well worth the time it took. There were the typical delays and miscommunications as in any project but those were handled promptly and efficiently.I am looking forward to working with them again on next phase of the yard redesign.

      I have to say that we had a "meh" experience at first, with the person assigned to us, but the way Heidi responded to our complaint completely went above and beyond how I had even hoped Alpine would react. First of all, they responded immediately, taking 100% ownership for the experience that we had, and then asked what WE wanted out of the interaction. When we asked for our money back, Heidi immediately replied with a refund and our check was in our mailbox within a week. When alI was said and done, we couldn't have been happier with the professional way that Alpine handled everything for us.
