      I have been coming to miramont for a while. Recently have had nothing but problems, I requested they refill my **********. All they do is give me the run around. So today I walked in to the business and stood there while people looked at me and smiled. Absolutely nobody waited on me. The people they have working the front counter lie straight to your face. There is no reason the could not have refilled my **********. This not only happens to me but I know of three other people they do this to. Thanks *****

      Patient has not had an appointment in over a year (last seen 8.17.2023) and we need him to schedule a follow up appointment before any further medications can be prescribed.  This is standard of care.

      I went to the doctor for my annual physical that is covered by my insurance. I wanted nothing more than my regular checkup. I described to the doctor I have spent years and too much money trying to work through my digestion issues and that I can’t afford anything more. He then ran a blood test for h.pylori and an allergy test without my informed consent and I have received a bill for $4000. I have called the office everyday for over a week since receiving this bill. I can never get ahold of anybody there. I leave messages and my call is never returned or I get sent to a voicemail that says “this voicemail is unavailable, goodbye.” I also spent two months calling multiple times per week asking for a prior authorization to be completed so I can get my medication. I should not have to spend so much time trying to be contacted in return or to get ahold of anybody. I am requesting my lab charges to be removed as I was never informed of this, I never consented to it, and was never once explained the cost.
