    They had the nerve to issue ultimatums to my daughter, my friend and me regarding service. They sent all of us emails stating that if they didn’t hear from us by 3/18 regarding service they would charge us $950.00 for the season of mosquito control. Luckily we noticed the email and it didn’t get sent to the junk folder or we would have been charged $950.00.

    There was no ultimatum as we always resume our customer's service season to season unless they cancel, which is our standard practice. Service never ends, we just don't do unnecessary treatments through the winter. This approach is explained numerous times to each and everyone of our customers. It is written on every work order and in our emails. We also call, text, and send multiple reminder emails ahead of resuming each season to give our customers every opportunity to cancel if they so choose. We NEVER have any contracts, as our customers can ALWAYS cancel at any time, for any reason! You would not have been charged $950 either, this is incorrect and not accurate. If your account would have been charged, it would have been for $95  based on the specific property size in this complaint. The $950 was for a full season of treatments if you wanted that, but again we never ask for a full commitment or have a contract. We never charged you and also reassured you that we had cancelled your service, no problem at all. Had you been charged (which you weren't), we would have refunded you immediately if you requested that. We apologized for any misunderstanding and let you know that we are always here to help if you would ever want or need service in the future. We pride ourselves on our customer service and ensuring each and everyone of our customers are extremely happy with our service. We are extremely transparent with how we handle our accounts and resume service season to season. The only reason we pause service is due to the low temperatures we have here locally during the dead of winter. That time of year is simply a short break before we continue protecting our customer's property every season. We pride ourselves on honest business practice, and never do unnecessary treatments when temperatures are too low for insect activity. Again, we never have any contracts, so you can always cancel anytime by simply calling, texting, or emailing us. We make this extremely user friendly and easy to do. We work extremely hard to ensure we are always doing everything possible to take care of our customers every way we can.  We are a local family business, and try to make everything as easy and efficient as possible for our customers while always providing the best possible service.
