      Hello,On September 27th 2023 I was promised a refund from this vendor for three separate pre-orders because they were not able to get the items I had pre-ordered. I have attached a copy of the email conversation we had where I was promised the refunds, an email copy of the alleged refunds (that never happened), a screen capture of the orders and a screen capture of my recent credit card activity to show that no refund has been issued. (I am currently in the middle of statement period, so I can't create a PDF of my recent credit card activity but will happily do so when the billing period ends on October 15th, 2023.)I confirmed with my credit card company (via a phone call conversation) that no refunds have been issued from this vendor and have also opened a dispute on these charges as of today with CIBC **** (dispute # C-*******, C-*******, C-2290109).Thank you,****

      The Vendor has communicated to me via eMail that there was in an issue with his computer system and that the refunds have now been issued properly. Once the refunds appears on my **** CC I will update this complaint and request it be closed.
