      I have been going to get my diabetic shoes for years with this company Certified out of ******* ********. Two years ago i gave a prescription to Certified, for a new pair of shoes After 4 months i started to call Certified' s main office in ******************* ********. The company said that they were going through changes and i would just have to be patient. So I waited 2 ;more months and called back and same thing the order is here were just waiting for the shoes they are on back order. I waited again another two or three months, called back and they rudely advised me i was just going to have to wait we'll call you. That was in 2022. I got ahold of my Dr in 2023 for a new prescription for my shoes took it down and said here is my order for my shoes now how long will it take. They said oh not long we keep the shoes on hand and maybe a couple of months. Ok i will call in a couple of months. Nothing, could not give me any reason went; back to my Dr. and they called Certified same message as they gave me. I went to the ******* office and was advised by the man (no name) that since its been to long i need another prescription and a Dr,s. letter saying i have diabetics and i said i have been getting my shoes for years here and i gave you all the prescriptions . and i walked out and slammed the door. Got home and called the ******************* office and explained to them what happened, and the female who answered the phone said oh your ears must of been ringing. I said why do I have to get Dr.'s orders saying I'm a diabetic, and new prescription. She said oh i did not hear of that. Certified said they would be in at Thanksgiving, 2023 nope. Feb of 2004 i got a call ;my **************, great. went down and the ugliest brown-copper color and i said the order is to be black, he tried to sell me these shoes h*** no. So he tells me the company is losing money on me cause i have ******** and after this pair of shoes they will no longer take ********. I felt like i was discriminated.

      DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS BUSINESS!I ordered custom orthotics from Certified Rehab and paid a $230 deposit. After more than a month of waiting, I canceled the order and requested a refund. I did not get either orthotics or a refund from them. Their business practices are disgraceful! They do not respond to email nor return calls. Its obvious to me they do not care about customers and display total disregard for what I consider a failing business.If zero stars was an option, thats what I would choose for Certified Rehab.

      They are terrible in the customer service ***** they are rude on the phone and can not give any answers the items are paid for and still have not gotten them after two plus months. If we had known this we would have went to other providers. I do not even think they are worth the one star that I have to give to post this review
